Late Registration has now closed.

Super Late registration applies to any NZ registrations until we are full and no later than 10am Wed 5th February 2020.

All registrations are for a full convention pass that covers Wed 5th- Sunday 9th February convention activities. Unfortunately there are no ‘part-time’ pricing options available.

All prices are in NZD$ and include NZ Goods & Services Tax. GST receipts are available upon request.

*This rate is to support recently returned missionaries (i.e. returned between 1 Nov 2019 - 9 Feb 2020) to be able to attend.

**The Late rate for Recent RMs only applies to those RM who are returning after 1 January 2020 and need more time to sign up and make payment.

^ The Super Late rate for Recent RMs only applies to those RM who return in February 2020. 

You should sign up asap so that we can confrim numbers wth suppliers. 

***International signups will not be available the week of convention. However by prior written agreement from the Organising Committee, International YSA may make payment when they arrive in NZ when international money transfer is problematic. In order to access this delayed payment option, you will need to contact us directly and provide confirmed travel details as well as your conference ID when you sign up. Contact Us if you need further clarification.


Once your registration is submitted online you need to pay the required amount to complete the registration process.

Confirmation of your completed registration will then be sent to you from the NZYSA 2020 committee within the week following your payment. 

International Payments

For international payments, in addition to the above, please use SWIFT BIC code (Bank Identifier Code) BKNZNZ22 to accurately identify the bank and ensure your payment converts to the correct amount in NZD after all bank fees have been paid including any bank fees to receive the international money transfer.


Pricing has been kept as low as possible to allow you as YSA to arrange your own accommodation.

If you are interested in staying at Camp Tuhikaramea in Templeview there are limited spaces available on a first come (and paid), first served basis.

Please indicate on your registration form that you wish to receive more information and our committee will coordinate arrangements. You can also email you requirements to Please do NOT contact the campsite directly.

Spaces are limited, so booking requests should be made ASAP.

Please note that you will be required to provide your own tent. There are some tents available however first priority will be for those who have travelled 6 hours or more to attend.

*Cabins will cost extra $10/night and tents extra $5/night if staying until Monday. The Area Presidency by exception have approved breaking camp on Sunday.

You will need to follow camp rules. In addition, the campsite will clearly be separated in to male and female areas. Males are not permitted in female camp areas and vice versa. 

You are responsible for maintaining a clean camp area and will need to clean your area prior to departure. If anything is damaged, you will be required to pay for replacement or any repairs. 


Transportation to convention and to venues during convention are not included as part of the Convention Pass. We encourage YSA to carpool and for Wards/Stakes to assist coordinate
